Due to the varying types of properties, please call today for a quote. Please supply the total square footage (including the garage space), age of the property, location of the property, number of stories, optional items you would like inspected (ex. pool, septic system, well), number of HVAC systems, etc. Please ensure all utilities are on and the property is ready for inspection. A reinspection fee may apply if the inspector needs to return to the proeprty if utilities are not on.

Payment is also requested at the time of inspection. If you need to make payment arrangements, please request this at the time the inspection is scheduled.
